Just wanted to do a massive shout out to David Sullivan from One Percent property sales.
Got our place sold in the first week it was listed, and managed to sort out a 2 week settlement! A seriously great agent with the absolute BEST attitude! Plus, literally saved us thousands of dollars compared to the others in fees. Do the sums, 1 percent commission compared to the usual 2.5 to 3 percent, on hundreds of thousands of dollars. Amazing!

Excellent Service
We enlisted Nicole Wotherspoon to sell our investment property in Toowoomba. Whilst we know the Toowoomba area and had basic knowledge of property values, not living in the area we relied on Nicole’s expertise in the property market, which she displayed at our first meeting. Nicole was very professional and hard working and strived to get the best price for us. The most favourable comment I could offer about Nicole’s service is that she continually updates you about every contact she had from potential buyers or updates following open homes held. When you enlist Nicole you are enlisting an agent who works for you from the moment you start a contract with her through until settlement. We found her service excellent and would not hesitate to use Nicole again.
